  • In your first session, we'll take time to get to know each other. I'll ask a few questions to understand what brings you in, and you'll have space to share as much or as little as you're comfortable with. It's all about creating a safe, welcoming space where you feel heard and supported. I’ll also share more about how I work, and together we’ll decide what next steps feel right for you.

  • Yes! I am currently only offering secure telehealth sessions to clients located in MA and FL. Virtual therapy can be a convenient, accessible way to receive support from the comfort of your home.

  • I am currently credentialed with Blue Cross Blue Shield of Massachusetts. I encourage individuals to reach out to BCBS to determine their possible co-pay, deductible, and charges you may be responsible for.

  • I do not keep a waitlist but rather invite individuals to reach out once again in a few months when I may have more availability.

  • 60 minute sessions are $150 for self-pay patients. Please keep in mind that therapy sessions are FSA/HSA eligible and can be paid using your HSA/FSA card.

    However, I do offer limited slots for folks needing a sliding scale fee.

    I am credentialed with BCBS of MA. I encourage individuals to reach out to BCBS to determine their possible co-pay, deductible, and charges you may be responsible for.

  • I use an integrative approach tailored to your unique needs. My background includes Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), EMDR, expressive arts, and mindfulness-based practices. Therapy is not one-size-fits-all, and I’ll work collaboratively with you to find what works best.

  • EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing) is a research-backed therapy used to help people process trauma and other distressing life experiences. It helps the brain “unstick” painful memories, so they no longer feel as overwhelming.
